1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1 cup lupin crumbs
2 tsp all purpose seasoning
Firm tofu, cut into bite size pieces
Combine flour and coconut milk. Coat tofu in batter then roll in the crumb mixture and fry in coconut oil. Serve with Caesar dressing (optional).
