Rice & Kibble & Quinoa

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown rice

  • 1/4 cup Lupin Kibble

  • 1/4 cup quinoa

  • 2 1/2 cups water

  • Handful dried cranberries

  • Handful crumbled feta

  • Sprinkle of herbs to garnish

Method

  1. Rinse the rice, kibble and quinoa very well.

  2. Place in rice cooker with water and a pinch of salt.

  3. Once cooked, allow to stand for 10 minutes then gently fluff with a fork.

  4. Serve rice with cranberries and feta and herbs sprinkled over the top.
